Hydration

for Every Lifestyle

Hydration is very simple, but it is something that your body truly relies on. Water is required by every cell, organ and system inside you to work correctly. Water drives every response in your body, from your brain making decisions to your kidneys filtering out waste to the muscle contraction during exercise all the way down to repairing broken skin overnight it is what connects this entire system.

We are here to help you get hydration right in a way that works for your lifestyle. We designed this site for you, whether you are an athlete, a busy professional, a parent, a traveller or someone just looking to feel slightly better every day.

The Importance of Hydration During a Day

Up to 60% of your body is made up of water. It says nearly everything you need to know about the importance of hydration. Just a 1 to 2 percent drop in your body water levels and you will experience poor concentration, low energy, and compromised physical performance. Lose 3 to 4 percent and things get really unpleasant dizziness, muscle cramps, serious cognitive impairment.

Hydration mistake #1 is waiting until that thirst signals hits you. This means that your body has been mildly dehydrated by the time your brain sends a thirst signal. The idea is to drink water steadily during the day so you never really reach that threshold.
